Returns & Exchanges
Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we are unable to offer a return or exchange unless your item is faulty or damaged.
Returned items must be unused, in the same sellable condition that you received them, and returned in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning or exchanging an item, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the issue as quickly as possible. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted. This may apply where an item is returned:
- Not in its original condition
- Damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- More than 30 days after delivery
‘Create Your Own’ Personalised Prints
Each personalised print in our ‘Create Your Own’ section is made bespoke to order using the photo, artwork or image file you upload. For this reason, personalised orders are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Please make sure your uploaded image is high quality before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for poor print quality caused by blurry, low-resolution or pixelated files supplied at the time of ordering.
If your personalised order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution where applicable.
