Welcome to StylArt. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of our website, store, products and services.

StylArt is the trading name of JJ PRINTS LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14030376. Our registered office is Unit 27 Heronsgate Trading Estate, Paycocke Road, Basildon, Essex, England, SS14 3EU.

Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to StylArt and JJ PRINTS LIMITED. “You” and “your” refer to the customer or website user.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to sell our products to you.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, together with any policies referred to in them, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Delivery Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or place an order.

1. Eligibility and Account Use

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order or creating an account. This includes your name, email address, billing address, delivery address and payment information.

You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure. You must not transfer, sell or allow another person to use your account without permission.

2. Our Products

StylArt sells wall art prints, personalised printed artwork and related products. Product details, sizes, finishes, prices and availability are shown on the relevant product pages.

We aim to display product colours, artwork, finishes and sizes as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings, lighting and the material or finish selected.

Product descriptions, images, prices and availability may be updated from time to time. We reserve the right to amend, withdraw or discontinue products without notice.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. Products must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

3. Personalised and Uploaded Artwork

If you upload an image, design, logo, photograph or other content for a personalised order, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use it.

You must not upload or submit any content that:

• infringes someone else’s copyright, trade mark, privacy rights or other rights;
• is unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene or discriminatory;
• contains malware, viruses or harmful code;
• is misleading or impersonates another person, brand or organisation.

We reserve the right to reject, cancel or refuse to print any order where we believe the submitted content may be unlawful, offensive, infringing or otherwise unsuitable.

You are responsible for checking that uploaded images are suitable for printing, including image quality, resolution, crop, spelling, layout and any personalisation details. We are not responsible for errors in the content you provide unless the error is caused by us.

4. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket. Your order is accepted when we confirm that it has been accepted or dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or amend an order where:

• the product is unavailable;
• there is an error in the price, product description or availability;
• we are unable to process payment;
• we suspect fraud, misuse or unlawful activity;
• the order includes uploaded content that we cannot print.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.

Please check your order carefully before submitting it. We may not be able to cancel or change an order once production has started, especially for personalised or custom-made products.

5. Prices, Payment and Billing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). Prices include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before you complete your order.

Prices, offers, discounts and promotions may change at any time. The price charged will be the price shown at checkout when you place your order.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

We may use third-party payment providers to process payments securely. We do not store full card details on our website.

6. Delivery

Delivery options, estimated timeframes and delivery charges are shown on our website, delivery page and/or at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only unless we have expressly agreed a guaranteed delivery date with you.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, strikes, disruption to transport networks, customs delays or incorrect delivery information supplied by you.

Where you are a consumer, the goods remain at our risk until they come into your physical possession, or the physical possession of someone you have identified to receive them on your behalf.

If an order is returned to us because the delivery address was incorrect, incomplete or unavailable, we may ask you to pay reasonable redelivery costs.

7. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Your rights to cancel, return or receive a refund are set out in our Refund Policy https://www.stylart.co.uk/pages/returns-exchanges.

For non-personalised products bought online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. You then usually have a further 14 days to return the goods after telling us you wish to cancel.

Personalised, custom-made or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation or return unless they are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not meet your statutory rights.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@stylart.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy limits your statutory rights.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, product photography, graphics, logos, designs, layout, videos and other materials, is owned by or licensed to StylArt, JJ PRINTS LIMITED or our licensors.

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, sell or exploit any part of our website or content without our prior written permission.

StylArt names, logos, product names, designs and related branding are owned by or licensed to JJ PRINTS LIMITED. You must not use them without permission.

All other trade marks, logos, names and intellectual property appearing on our website belong to their respective owners.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, analytics tools, advertising platforms and other ecommerce tools.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, availability or policies of third-party websites or services.

10. Relationship with Shopify

Our store is powered by Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products online.

Any purchase you make through our website is made directly with JJ PRINTS LIMITED trading as StylArt, not with Shopify.

Shopify is not responsible for any products you purchase from us, or for any issue relating to your order, delivery, returns or customer service.

11. Privacy

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy https://www.stylart.co.uk/policies/privacy-policy.

Because our store is powered by Shopify, Shopify may also process personal information in order to provide the ecommerce platform and related services.

12. Reviews, Feedback and User Content

If you submit a review, comment, image, suggestion, idea or other feedback to us, you confirm that the content is accurate, lawful and does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

You grant us permission to use, reproduce, publish, display and share your submitted content for purposes connected with our business, including improving our products, operating our website and promoting our products, unless you tell us otherwise.

We may moderate, edit, refuse or remove user-submitted content where we believe it is unlawful, misleading, offensive, irrelevant, spam, infringing or otherwise unsuitable.

Our website is provided for general ecommerce and product information purposes. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

18. Indemnity for Uploaded Content

If you upload, submit or provide content for us to print, you agree to be responsible for any loss, claim, cost or expense we suffer as a result of that content infringing another person’s rights or breaching these Terms.

This includes claims relating to copyright, trade marks, privacy, defamation, unlawful content or misuse of someone else’s image, logo, artwork or design.

19. Events Outside Our Control

We will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where caused by events outside our reasonable control.

This may include courier disruption, strikes, severe weather, fire, flood, war, terrorism, civil unrest, supply chain disruption, technical outages, changes in law or other events beyond our control.

20. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.

If we do not enforce a right under these Terms, this does not mean we have waived that right. We may still enforce it later.
